The design documentation is prepared according to the Provision Concerning Composition of Design Documentation Sections and Requirements to Their Contents approved by decree No. 87 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 16/02/2008. If a facility is funded from regional budgets of the Russian Federation, the design documentation prepared by our experts is ready to be reviewed by the State Expert Review with further issue of an examination certificate.

Aerokomplekt” is liable for design quality, adequate evaluation of estimated costs, whole engineering part of the project and coordination of its individual parts, and projects preparation within the prescribed terms.
Contents of design documentation sections depend on the project stage (design; detailed; design & detailed documentation) and design object: building of a new capital facility or retrofitting of the existing one.
Our staff allows us to draw up the whole scope of design documentation: general layout, architectural, building and engineering documentation, electrical power supply, automation and dispatching control, gas supply, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply and sewer systems for capital facilities, environmental section of the documentation, MPE rates project and harmful substance atmospheric emission inventory, fire safety, fire alerting, video surveillance and access restriction, estimated costs.
